Product Information & Availability

Fusion CNC strives to maintain accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However, errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies, update information, or modify product availability at any time without prior notice.

Some features, accessories, or specifications may still be in development or limited to select configurations.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order through our online store, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing and shipping information.

All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Fusion CNC. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

  • Product availability
  • Pricing or typographical errors
  • Suspicion of fraud or misuse

Payments are securely processed through approved third-party gateways. Fusion CNC does not store full payment card details on our servers.

Shipping & Delivery

All Fusion Pro CNC machines are crated, insured, and shipped via freight to the customer’s provided address.

Shipping within the continental U.S. is included unless otherwise noted at checkout.

Lead times are estimated at 4–6 months for new orders, depending on configuration and production schedule.

Fusion CNC will provide periodic updates on build and shipment progress.

Once a shipment leaves our facility, risk of loss transfers to the carrier; however, we will assist in claims or issues related to transit damage.

Returns & Restocking

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for standard configurations only. Machines must be in original condition and properly crated.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all authorized returns to cover inspection, testing, and logistics.

Custom configurations and modified machines are non-refundable.

Please contact [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending back any items.

Warranty & Limitations

All Fusion Pro CNC machines include a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear on consumable parts (bits, bearings, belts, etc.)
  • Improper setup or use outside specified guidelines
  • Electrical damage from improper wiring or power supply
  • Unauthorized modifications or third-party software

Fusion CNC’s liability under warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts at our discretion.
