Included Shipping

Shipping within the continental United States is included in every Fusion Pro CNC purchase.

All units are:

• Professionally crated for protection during transit
• Insured against shipping damage
• Delivered via scheduled freight service to your address or business location

Our logistics team will contact you prior to shipment to coordinate delivery and ensure you have adequate space and unloading access.

Delivery Timeframes

Due to strong early demand, lead times currently average 4–6 months from confirmed order to delivery.

This timeframe will shorten as production expands and logistics scale.

You will receive periodic updates throughout the build and shipping process, including:

• Estimated completion date
• Carrier details and tracking
• Delivery window confirmation

Receiving Your Machine

A Fusion Pro CNC is heavy and crated for safety. We recommend having:

• Two capable adults available during delivery
• A pallet jack or forklift rated for at least 800 lbs
• A clear workspace prepared for uncrating and assembly

Our customer support team is available to guide you through safe handling, setup, and inspection upon delivery.

Shipping Damage

If your shipment shows signs of damage, note it immediately on the delivery receipt before signing and contact Fusion CNC Support within 48 hours.

We will assist directly with the carrier to ensure repair or replacement as needed.

International Shipping

At this time, Fusion CNC machines are sold and shipped only within the continental United States.

Future expansion into Canada and select international markets is under review.
