Every Fusion Pro CNC ships with a comprehensive digital setup guide, a printed quick-start card, and access to step-by-step videos. Most customers are up and cutting within a day.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance
We know CNCs. Things wear out, cables loosen, software updates change. That's why our support team is staffed by the same engineers who helped build your machine—not a call center overseas.

Warranty Coverage
Standard Limited Warranty (1 Year)
Your Fusion Pro CNC is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery. This includes:
- Structural components and machined assemblies
- Motors, rails, ball screws, and mechanical drives
- Electronic controllers and VFDs
- Factory-installed wiring and connectors
Extended Coverage (Optional)
You may add Extended Warranty Protection for an additional 12 or 24 months, covering parts replacement and priority repair support.
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (bearings, bits, belts, consumables)
- Misuse, modification, or improper electrical setup
- Third-party software or hardware not supplied by Fusion CNC

Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of every Fusion CNC machine. However, if you need to return a product, we make the process straightforward and fair.
Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for standard configurations.
- Machines must be in original condition and crated for transport.
- Custom orders or modified configurations are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to cover inspection, testing, and logistics.
Return Process
- Contact our Support Team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- We'll provide detailed crating and shipping instructions.
- Once inspected and verified, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
Service & Replacement Parts
We stock all major service components and consumables at our Albuquerque facility.
Parts can be ordered online through your customer portal or by contacting our service team.
Need a replacement spindle or servo motor?
We ship priority for downtime emergencies.
