Make the Cut.

Professional CNC. Defined by Standard.

In CNC, machines are typically divided into two categories. The Fusion Pro defines a third.

Category 01

Hobby Machines

  • Belt-driven motion systems
  • Open-loop stepper motors
  • Light-duty, limited duty cycle
  • Inconsistent output over time

Category 02

Industrial Machines

  • High-precision, high-duty cycle
  • Large footprint, requires dedicated space
  • High capital investment
  • Complexity beyond small-shop needs

Professional isn't about size.
It's about standard.

Built for Real Work.

Small-Format Industrial Production

Consistent output, shift after shift. Built for shops that run production, not just prototypes.

Cabinet and Millwork Shops

Precision joinery, panel processing, and repeatable part production in a compact footprint.

Trade Schools and Maker Spaces

A machine that teaches real-world standards. Students learn on the same drive system used in professional shops.

Small and Mid-Sized Businesses

Professional output without the industrial price tag. Increase capacity and quality without a full capital commitment.

Builders and Growing Side Hustles

When your work demands professional results, your machine should too. No compromises on rigidity or repeatability.

Whether you're producing components daily or building precision one-offs, rigidity, consistency, and time matter.

Engineering Foundation

The Standard, Specified.

Motion System

Ball Screws on All Axes

Controlled, consistent motion across X, Y, and Z. No backlash. No belt stretch. No positional drift under load.

Motors

ClearPath Servo, Closed-Loop

Integrated ClearPath servo motors with closed-loop feedback. The system knows its position at all times. No lost steps.

Structure

Rigid Frame, Deflection-Resistant

Frame and rail system engineered to resist deflection under load. Rigid enough to cut on casters. Stable enough to hold tolerance across the full work envelope.

Spindle Options

4.0 kW Standard.

Built for wood, composites, and production materials used in working shops. Runs up to 18,000 RPM.

Where Are You Building Toward?

For Production Shops

Production-Ready Shops

You need repeatability. Throughput. Machines that hold tolerance under workload. Every part, every run, every shift.

For Production Shops

For Growing Builders

Growing Builders & Makers

You're done upgrading every two years. You want professional capability that matches your ambition and keeps pace with your work.

For Growing Builders

In this video, we are cutting a 3D pattern in a hardwood, sugar maple, with a 1/2″ ball nose bit at 18000rpm with an aggressive chipload, demonstrating the torque of the spindle and reliability of the gantry motors.

In this video, notice how little the whole machine is shaking. We demonstrate that the machine is not on its leveling pads but rather still on its casters and that we can move the machine on the casters while the machine is running its cut, and it doesn’t affect its quality of cut. The machine is rigid enough to cut while on casters, and it remains stationary; however, even when moved, the machine remains unaffected.

FAQs

A professional CNC router is built for consistent, repeatable output. Professional machines typically use ball screw motion systems, closed-loop servo motors, and rigid frame construction to maintain precision over time. These systems allow the machine to hold position, maintain accuracy, and deliver reliable results during real work.

The Fusion Pro is designed as a small-format industrial CNC router that brings professional performance into a compact footprint for builders, makers, and small production shops.

The Fusion Pro uses ball screws on every axis, closed-loop ClearPath servo motors, sealed linear rails, and a rigid frame system. This architecture allows the machine to maintain precision and repeatability during real work rather than occasional projects.

Professional CNC machines are designed to produce consistent results over time. The Fusion Pro is built to meet that standard.

Professional CNC routers are used by builders, makers, cabinet and millwork shops, trade schools, maker spaces, and small businesses that require reliable output and consistent precision.

The Fusion Pro is designed for serious builders and small-format industrial production environments where rigidity, consistency, and time matter.

A small-format industrial CNC router delivers professional mechanical systems in a compact machine footprint. These machines use industrial motion components such as ball screws and servo motors while remaining accessible to smaller shops and serious builders.

The Fusion Pro defines this category by bringing professional CNC performance to builders, makers, and growing production environments.
